A small, joyful place to learn and belong.
Leap Into Learning Academy is being created to give young children a warm, engaging start. Our program will combine purposeful play, hands-on discovery, early academic foundations, and plenty of room to move—inside and outdoors.

Preschool Program
For children ages 3–5 who are not yet enrolled in school.
- Core preschool day: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Choose 5, 3, or 2 days per week
- Hands-on, play-based learning
Before & After Preschool Care
Extra care surrounding the preschool day for families who need a longer schedule.
- Morning care: 7:30–9:00 a.m.
- Afternoon care: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
- Available Monday through Friday
School-Age Before & After Care
Care for elementary-aged students before and after their regular school day.

Our target operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The core preschool day runs 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with a balanced mix of guided learning and child-led play.
The exact daily routine will evolve as the program is finalized, but this gives families a feel for the kind of day we are planning.

The preschool is currently being decorated. These playful illustrations give a feel for the welcoming, active environment we are creating. Real photos will be added as the space is completed.

Southern Columbia bus access nearby.
Transportation from the Southern Columbia Area School District is expected to be available through the district bus stop located across the street from the preschool.
Important: Bus routing, eligibility, and final transportation arrangements are controlled by the school district and should be confirmed before enrollment.

We will continue adding details as opening gets closer. For now, here are answers to some of the questions families are most likely to have.
What ages will Leap Into Learning Academy serve?
The preschool program is planned for children ages 3–5 who are not yet attending school. Before and after school care is also planned for elementary-aged children.
What are the planned hours?
Target operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Preschool is planned for 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with before care from 7:30–9:00 a.m. and after care from 3:00–5:00 p.m.
How many days per week can my child attend preschool?
Planned preschool options include 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day-per-week programs.
How large will the preschool group be?
Enrollment is planned for a maximum of 12 children, allowing for a small and personal learning environment.
Will school-age care work for Southern Columbia students?
Before and after school care is planned for elementary-aged students. Southern Columbia Area School District has a bus stop across the street from the preschool. Final bus routing and eligibility should be confirmed with the district.
When is the preschool expected to open?
The anticipated opening is Fall 2026. Families may join our inquiry/waitlist now while final preparations and applicable licensing steps are completed.
Can families tour the preschool?
Tour information will be announced as decorating and setup get closer to completion. Follow our Facebook page or contact us for updates.
Will tuition and staff information be posted online?
More program details, including tuition and staff introductions, will be shared as opening gets closer.
